Description
This cut can be cooked just like Tri-Tip Roast, either broiled or grilled is best. It can also be cut into Brazilian Picanha Steaks or Coulette Steaks very easily. For Picanha Steaks, simply cut against the grain and keep the layer of fat on each steak. For Coulette Steaks, cut with the grain and discard the layer of fat.
