Our salamis are traditional European-style and made locally in Landover, Maryland with 98% bison meat and 2% pork fat in order to provide the right salami-texture. This salami is a gourmet salami blend with porcini mushroom that is fully cured, shelf stable (so perfect for a winery outing) and ready to slice and eat. Pairs very well with bread and cheeses.
Ingredients: Bison, pork, sea salt, dried milk powder, dextrose, dried porcini powder, pepper, sodium ascorbate, fermentation starter culture and celery powder in a natural pork casing.
