Salami - Argentina Bison-Pork Salami

Our salamis are traditional European-style and made locally in Landover, Maryland with 98% bison meat and 2% pork fat in order to provide the right salami-texture. This product is a gourmet bison and pork salami using a blend that is popular in Argentina called Chajari, that is fully cured, shelf stable (so perfect for a winery outing) and ready to slice and eat. Pairs very well with bread and cheeses.
Ingredients: Bison, pork, salt, pepper, red wine, nutmeg, dried milk powder, garlic powder, dextrose, cloves, cinnamon, cayenne, sodium ascorbate (vitamin C), fermentation starter culture, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate, in a natural pork casing.
