Natural jerky is minimally flavored and is basically the full flavor of simply smoked buffalo meat. The other flavors are soaked in water and spice blends before smoking. Each batch is made by hand and is thus semi-inconsistent. We guarantee it will be good every time, but there could be different degrees of flavor and heat in each batch. This is the nature of hand-made products.
