Description

Our salamis are traditional European-style and made locally in Landover, Maryland with 98% bison meat and 2% pork fat in order to provide the right salami-texture.  This product is a gourmet fennel forward bison and pork salami using, that is fully cured, shelf stable (so perfect for a winery outing) and ready to slice and eat.  Pairs very well with bread and cheeses.

Ingredients: Bison, pork, sea salt, red wine, celery powder, dextrose, black pepper,  fennel pollen, garlic powder, fermentation starter culture, in a natural pork casing.
